Shipping policy

At Pest Proof Co, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods (such as Black Friday and the holiday season) may experience slightly longer processing times. You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins once your order has been shipped, not when it was placed.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following:

United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)

Canada (all provinces and territories)

United Kingdom

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or destinations outside of the countries listed above. We are actively working to expand our shipping reach — please check back for updates.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimated delivery windows apply after your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days (Free)

Express Tracked & Insured Shipping: 5–8 business days

These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather disruptions, peak shipping periods, or customs processing for cross-border orders.

4. Shipping Rates

Available shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Current shipping options include:

Standard Shipping (10–14 business days) — Free

Express Tracked & Insured Shipping (5–8 business days) — Additional fee applies

Shipping rates and promotions may change from time to time without notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is first scanned by the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@pestproofco.com.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Pest Proof Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@pestproofco.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please take the following steps:

Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation

Check with neighbours or household members in case it was received on your behalf

Check with your local post office or carrier facility

Contact us at support@pestproofco.com if the issue remains unresolved

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that Pest Proof Co is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving the situation.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.

Pest Proof Co is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
